i made this for 2 reasons: i have a iPod and i use QuickTime Alternative
i will describe extactly what i did to make this...
1. d/l iTunesSetup.exe(74Mb...yikes), open itunes.exe in winrar and pull out iTunes.msi(41.6Mb)
2. unpack itunes.msi with universal extractor and delete language files
3. edit the itunes.msi(setup) with orca and remove the checks/unused entrys
repackaged into a 7zip self extractor and now you have iTunes for 18.7Mb
